Why the message – What Will Happen To J.T. Everlost? The message came from encounters in person and online with J.T. Eberhard. J.T. is one of the founders of Skepticon. They are an atheist group that meets in Springfield, MO once a year. I hear it’s a pretty tawdry and disgusting drunk fest and they make fun of God (who ironically they say doesn’t exist. Why would you make fun of someone that isn’t real?). Anyway, they used to hold the event at the Gillioz Theatre or The Expo Center and we could interact with people coming and going to the event. But several years ago they moved it to another location where we can no longer talk to them. I guess they didn’t want to come out and play anymore.
Rude And Vulgar
J.T. was always vulgar and rude and he’s a very hardhearted person. I interacted with him on a forum for a while and he’d ask me my opinion and instead, I’d always give him Scripture. It drove him crazy. He used to call me dense godbot. After a while he blocked me, so I started a new name – dense godbot, but he blocked me there too. That’s when I gave up trying to reach him. The reason for the message What Will Happen To J.T. Everlost was just imagining what it will be like for J.T. on Judgment Day. I tried to imagine what it would be like to be a lost person, standing before Jesus Christ at the great white throne of judgment. What excuses would you utter? Will you be able to speak at all?
I do hope and pray that J.T. will repent and put his trust in Jesus, but if not, the lake of fire and brimstone is what is waiting for him. If Jesus is not your Lord and Savior, what will be your excuse on Judgment Day? Are you a J.T. Everlost? Don’t foolishly die in your sins and go to Hell. Recognize that you are a sinner; that you have offended our righteous and Holy God. Confess your sins, cry out for God to save you. Repent and believe the Gospel. Turn to Christ and live. Surrender your life fully and completely to Jesus. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Don’t foolishly wait until Judgment Day to bow your knee and confess that He is Lord. The Bible says today is the day of salvation. Repent of your sins and put your trust in Christ Jesus for your salvation and receive eternal life.
