Talk Too Much About Hell

I’ve been told many times that I talk too much about Hell. Guilty as charged and I don’t plan on changing this. Why? Ray Comfort says that when a doctor tells you that he has a cure for an incurable disease, you just kind of go “uh-huh” and don’t really pay attention. But if the doctor tells you have a deadly disease and there’s nothing you can do about it. Then he describes the disease to you in great detail, your ears perk up. Now you are interested in what the doctor is saying. After the doctor explains this in great details and again says there’s no cure, he further tells you that he sold his possessions and found a cure for you. Ministry Update December 10, 2017

I was bringing a message on Wednesday at Missouri State University when Quinn the skateboarding atheist stopped and gave me back the booklet How God Reveals Himself Through Science. Quinn insisted that he had to stop after a few pages because the booklet isn’t science. He continued stating that he could only make it through a few pages. The supposedly science believer ended up being a debate quitting atheist. Instead of discussing our different interpretations of science experiments listed in the book, Quinn made some mocking notes on the first few pages and quit.  [Read more…]

Unless You Believe

What do you believe tonight? Who or what do you believe in? The majority of people nowadays believe in evolution, especially those 30 and under (73% of them believe in evolution). But evolution and secular science can’t explain where we come from, why we are here or where we are going. Atheism at its core is so anti-God that atheists believe everything came from nothing. Love not hate. Students I come here and share the Gospel with you every week out of love not hate. I do not hate you. If I hated you, I would not spend my lunch hour hear pleading with you to come to Jesus Christ. If I hated you, I wouldn’t care if you died in your sins and you went on to Hell. But I do not hate you. I lift my voice up so you can hear me from several directions as you are coming and going. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God so my great desire is for you to hear God’s truth, that He will convict you over your sins and that the Lord would grant you eternal life.  [Read more…]
