There are no sales quotas associated with our witnessing. Our goal is not to see how many people we can get to repeat a prayer and ask Jesus into their heart. The Super Bowl is coming up this weekend. The New England Patriots are playing the Atlanta Falcons. The last I heard, tickets were going for an average of $4,600 a piece. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine paying over $9,000 for you and someone else to attend the Super Bowl in person? I wouldn’t waste that amount of money on a game, even if I had that much to throw around. I’ve been street witnessing for the past five years and one thing that you can count on is that over 90% of the people will answer yes if you ask them if they are a good person. The Bible actually backs this up; not that people are good, but that they will proclaim themselves good. Proverbs 20:6 says Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find? So this fact shouldn’t be surprising.
