In addition to some people wanting us to leave the Gospel out of our messages others want us to leave out The Law. They want us to leave out the 10 Commandments when we preach in the open-air. It’s just two days before Christmas and over 3,000 precious little babies will be murdered in the womb today – all around our nation. Over 3,000 precious little image bearers of God will never see the light of day. Over 3,000 babies will be killed today, just two days before we celebrate the birth of Jesus. So as strange as this may sound, we thought standing in front of Planned Parenthood is actually the best place to talk about the birth of Jesus. “Which is more important: souls being saved or your studying?” This is the question Aaron asked the young college student who complained that our unamplified voices were disturbing her and others in the library. Just prior to asking her this question, the young lady professed to be a Christian. So what do you think her answer was? What was more important to her? Surely souls being saved; right? Wrong. Last Friday night we heard several people say that Jesus died for our sins, but they were saying that we can sin at will because Jesus died for our sins. You can do whatever you want, because Jesus died for our sins. Sadly, these people are missing repentance. They are counting on a one time little prayer to keep them out of Hell, but it won’t do it. Aaron and I witnessed at MSU last Wednesday. A couple walked by while I was just starting my message and I was talking about CEO’s of large corporations. The young woman started dancing as she walked by singing “I’m going to Hell, I’m going to Hell.” I interrupted my message and told her that she is headed to Hell if she doesn’t repent and trust Jesus and it won’t be all dancing and fun and games in Hell. The young man with her was also dancing and he yelled back “God loves everyone.” I told him that he needs to read the Bible, especially Psalm 7:11 and Psalm 5:5 which say that God is angry with the wicked every day and that God hates all workers of iniquity.

Ministry Update 11/18/15
On Wed. Oct 14th Aaron and I were witnessing at MSU. Aaron had a student follow him around mocking him for while, but he kept preaching. Shortly after that, three guys walked in front of us while Aaron was still preaching and one of the guys had an “Are You Ready” cross. Well that’s something that you don’t see every day, so I looked closer and I recognized Jesse Boyd from North Carolina. James and Michael were with him and they came over and talked for a while. It was a real blessing seeing other open-air preachers out on the campus. [Read more…]
I think Slut Walk is a horrible name for your cause. Do you really want to be known as a slut walker? It sounds too much like street walker. I totally disagree with your method, but I understand your agenda. You are against the rape culture in America. This is something we can agree on.
Sometimes we laugh at things that are funny. Sometimes we laugh when it is appropriate and sometimes we laugh when it isn’t. I’ve laughed sometimes at church and even at funerals (when the preacher or speaker said something funny that the deceased said or did). But other times we laugh when it isn’t appropriate. Sometimes I laugh when I’m nervous – and it’s at times when I shouldn’t laugh. Do you ever laugh when it’s inappropriate? Do you ever laugh when you shouldn’t? Are you laughing inappropriately tonight? Are you laughing at God tonight?
The Bible is supernatural. It is the living word of God. Christians understand this, but unbelievers don’t. My Christian friends will understand what I’m saying tonight. I was reading in Acts the other day, Acts 13:46 and the words jumped off the page at me: judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life. [Read more…]
