Brain, Aaron and I witnessed at MSU last Wednesday. While I brought a message, two students at different times, yelled f you as they walked by. I pointed out that we are not to let any filthy communication proceed out of our mouth. After Brian pleaded with students for a while, he handed me a Gospel of John. I looked at it and handed it back to him, but he told me to keep it. I handed out tracts while Aaron preached and I kept the Gospel of John in my hand.  [Read more…]

Flag Burning, Transgender, Catholic, Atheist and Satanist

It was an honor to witness on Veteran’s Day at MU in Columbia, MO with several brothers in Christ from Kirksville and Rolla, MO as well as some from Illinois. We had a great day of witnessing on campus, even though some students were still protesting Trump’s victory by burning an American Flag. This happened before I got there, but my friends told me about it and the local news covered it too.

It was very sad, especially on Veteran’s Day. I’m grateful for every man and woman currently serving our country and for all who have served in the past. Because of your sacrifice, we still enjoy our freedom in our nation, so thank you for serving!  [Read more…]

Professor Brings Class Out To Meet Open-Air Preacher

Ministry Update September 18, 2016

Aaron, Brian and I witnessed at Missouri State University on September 14, 2016. The “free hug” professing Christians took our spot where we normally witness. So we witnessed at Strong Hall (where they have religious classes). We preached a couple of times and when Aaron went the second time, a crowd gathered and one of Aaron’s former professor brought her class out to meet him. They listened to his message and then she introduced her students to Aaron because she wanted them to see that the man is mild mannered compared to the open-air preacher. Yes, Aaron preaches hard, because eternal souls are in the balance. But he is mild mannered when talking about spiritual matters. Aaron stayed there answering questions for over an hour and a half. May God continue working on the lost souls that heard the Gospel.  [Read more…]

My family and I went to see the Ark Encounter in Kentucky last week. It was an amazing sight. I’ve read the Bible many times and the story of the flood many, many times. But when I read about the ark being 300 cubits, it’s really hard to envision how large that really is. But Ken Ham built the Ark Encounter to the dimensions of Noah’s ark in the Bible. The ark is 510 feet long, 85 feet wide and it’s taller than a four story house. It is a massive structure. It is the largest wooden structure in the world. It is truly a wonder and I highly recommend seeing it if you get a chance.  [Read more…]

While Aaron was preaching Friday night, I was standing next to him with a sign that says Jesus Saves His People From Their Sins and a young man named Jacob came and stood beside me. Still Forsaking Jesus

Friday night was Art Walk and there was a concert on the square. We started off just a block South of the square, but the band was loud and it wasn’t very crowded, so Aaron suggested that we move down to South and Walnut. As we were finishing singing a bicyclist was upset with our singing hymns (you can always tell it’s going to be a crazy night when people get riled up just over singing hymns). He kept telling us to quit singing, so I jumped up on the box and said this gentleman didn’t want to hear any more singing, so we’ll go ahead and start preaching . Last Friday night Kelly and his son Steven joined us witnessing downtown and Kelly did something different. He handed out some tracts and sang hymns with us, but mostly he asked everybody that walked by: Can I pray for you tonight? Yes he had many rejections, but that didn’t faze him.
