Conner, Kelly and I were handing out tracts Friday night before we started open-air preaching. I tried to hand tracts to two guys walking by and they refused the offer. I asked the one guy where he’d go if he died tonight. He replied, “I’m not going anywhere you are concerned.” The three of us just looked at each other. The gentleman couldn’t have been more wrong. If you believe in evolution, if you are an atheist, then your worldview is illogical. That’s right, I’m calling you out on your worldview. If you really believe that we evolved from nothing, that nothing created everything, your worldview is illogical. It makes no sense. Never in your life have seen something create itself out of nothing. Friday night before Thomas joined me witnessing downtown, I handed out several tracts. A group of guys all took tracts. One of the guys stopped and thanked me for being out there. He told me that his mom has been after him to get right with God. I told him that his mom is telling right, he needs to get right with God. We run into a lot of people while out street witnessing who think they are good. Many of these folks think that they are good enough to go to Heaven. That God will weigh their good against their bad and if they’ve done more good, they think they will make it. A lot of these same people also think that they can work their way to Heaven. In 2 Chronicles 32:1-22, the Bible tells us of an Assyrian king that greatly misjudged God. King Sennacherib had defeated many nations when he set his sights on Judah. Sennacherib even taunted the people of the city of Jerusalem, telling them not to let their king – Hezekiah deceive them into thinking that his God could withstand him. Bible Comes Alive

Ministry Update December 3, 2017

I love God’s word and I love reading the Bible. God constantly reveals truth to us through the Holy Spirit while reading the Bible, no matter how many times we’ve read a passage of Scripture. What’s really fascinating is how the Bible comes alive while out street witnessing. Many times we’ll be open-air preaching and just right on cue, God sends a mocker walking by that confirms His truth contained in His word. Last week a student put her hand up refusing a tract at MSU and then she turned around and said, “I don’t believe in God.” I didn’t say anything because I’m trying not to respond in a harsh way to God-mockers and scoffers. Unless You Believe

What do you believe tonight? Who or what do you believe in? The majority of people nowadays believe in evolution, especially those 30 and under (73% of them believe in evolution). But evolution and secular science can’t explain where we come from, why we are here or where we are going. Atheism at its core is so anti-God that atheists believe everything came from nothing. Is That The Weed Card Or The God Card?

On Monday August 28, 2017, I witnessed at the University of Missouri with Jeremy, his brother Joshua and his son Joseph. We handed out tracts and the three of us guys brought open-air messages. While I was handing out tracts, one student walked up to me and looked at the Gospel tract in my hand and asked “Is that the weed card or the God card?” I replied, “the God card” to which he said naw, he wasn’t interested. He walked over to the guy gathering marijuana signatures for a petition to get marijuana on the ballot in November. So, I yelled after the student that weed can’t save you.
