November 22, 2011 by dennis@seekandsavethelost.com Leave a Comment

Atheists: why are we here? What is the purpose of life? Why are you on this earth? Are you a waste of space? Let’s say you live a normal life expectancy, or even beyond, say to 80, 85 years. Cancelled Debt

When you pay off a car loan or a mortgage you usually receive the original note stamped either “Cancelled” or “Paid in Full.” The debt is paid and you no longer owe any money on the loan. You are free from the burden, you are free from that debt. What an amazing feeling that is to no longer owe your obligation, to have your slate wiped clean. [Read more…]

A lot of people say that they are glad that evangelism “isn’t their spiritual gift” (I know, because I used to be one of them). Other people say that God doesn’t prompt them to witness. [Read more…]

The school year is already over for a lot of students and some only have a few days left (like my youngest daughter). So most students have taken their finals already. I posted back in October 2010 that my wife and I started a new career in publishing. We published two books – Parenting Moment by Moment by Carla MacLachlan and Night of the Cossack by Tom Blubaugh. We are very pleased with the way both of these books turned out. [Read more…]

Life Comes From Life

March 12, 2011 by dennis@seekandsavethelost.com Leave a Comment

Here is a basic question for any atheists out there: Can life come from non-life? I ask this question because I believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God. I believe the Bible is completely true. II Timothy 3:16a says, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God.” [Read more…]

Is Time Running Out of Time?

February 24, 2011 by dennis@seekandsavethelost.com Leave a Comment

Ray Comfort with Way of the Master says that God is not subject to time; God made time for man (paraphrased). I’ve been thinking about this and a couple of Bible verses come to mind. [Read more…]
