Kirk Says Kobe Bryant Formed And Saved By His Catholic Faith

On Sunday, January 26, 2020, after the sad news went out that Kobe Bryant and his daughter were among those who died in the helicopter crash, many people posted on social media about their deaths. One of the posts I read was by Charlie Kirk. I think Charlie Kirk does a great job representing his political party and I appreciate his common sense approach to life. But I was greatly disappointed in his post concerning Kobe Bryant’s death. Kirk says Kobe Bryant formed and saved by his Catholic faith. [Read more…]

Labor Of Love

Ministry Update July 21, 2019

My wife and I were on vacation this week, but on Saturday July 13, 2019, I had the privilege of witnessing with Brady, his wife Trish, Shane, Gerald, his wife and son and a young lady that was with their group. We did street evangelism at Bricktown in Oklahoma City and it was a real labor of love. It was a joy and honor to labor for the Lord with these evangelists in Oklahoma City. [Read more…]

Smooth Super Bowl Outreach 2019

Ministry Update February 10, 2019

I typically name the Super Bowl Outreaches when I write up the ministry updates, but I struggled with the name this year. Last year it was so cold in Minnesota, that Super Cold Super Bowl Outreach seemed a no-brainer. Six years ago in New Orleans we heard someone say “Jesus is ruining New Orleans” so how could I resist a title like that? But this year I had trouble thinking of the right name until I flew back home on Monday from Atlanta, the day after the Super Bowl. Reflecting back over the three days of witnessing, I remembered many conversations with my team leader Andy on how smooth this year’s outreach was going. That’s it! Smooth Super Bowl Outreach 2019 and we thank God that it was so.  [Read more…]

Super Cold Super Bowl Outreach 2018

Super Bowl 52 was in Minneapolis, MN this year, in a domed stadium. But the Super Bowl Outreach was outdoors – Friday, Saturday and Sunday February 2nd through the 4th where it was a super cold Super Bowl Outreach. The mornings started out below zero with the wind chill making it feel like 25 below. It was the coldest weather that I personally have ever witnessed in before. But there were 50 evangelists from around the country that went to Minneapolis to share the glorious Gospel at the NFL Experience and the Super Bowl.  [Read more…]

Super Bowl Outreach 2017 Update

God Answered Prayers!

This update is about 100 evangelists from around the country converging on Houston, Texas for Super Bowl weekend and how God answered five months of prayers for the outreach. We believe three people got saved, one person was delivered out of a cult, thousands of Gospel tracts were handed out, several Bibles were handed out and many one to one conversations took place.  [Read more…]

It was a real honor to street witness outside Churchill Downs last weekend along with 30 other evangelists from around the country. There were over 170,000 people there in attendance for the Kentucky Derby. In addition to street preaching and talking to people one to one, we also handed out tracts. Even though many tracts were handed out, unfortunately the majority of people said “no thank you.”  [Read more…]

Greg and Dorothy Super Bowl Sunday

There were close to 110 evangelists from around the United States that met in Indianapolis during Super Bowl weekend to witness a couple of days prior to and the day of the Super Bowl. We were part of the Super Bowl Outreach by Bill Adams. This was the 11th year for SBO. [Read more…]
