If Jesus Christ is not your Lord and Savior, then please don’t skip over this message. My friends and I that go out street witnessing are heartbroken tonight. We just found out that an atheist that used to mock us, died last year. This young man would stand next to us holding a handmade cardboard sign saying f this guy with an arrow pointing toward us. He would cuss us out and laugh. People walking by would laugh and many of them would stop and take selfies with him while he mocked us.
In addition to some people wanting us to leave the Gospel out of our messages others want us to leave out The Law. They want us to leave out the 10 Commandments when we preach in the open-air. My family and friends know that I like to joke around. (In fact my friends and family members tell me that I’m not funny, but that doesn’t keep me from trying.) A lot of college and NFL football teams use the spread offense (like the Missouri Tigers…who are playing in the SEC Championship Game!). With the spread offense, the quarterback basically has three options: 1. He can throw the ball (sometimes he does this after faking a hand off). 2. He can keep the ball and run with it himself. 3. He can hand or pitch the ball to the running back. The Missouri Tigers are now 11-1 and they have executed the spread offense very effectively this year. [Read more…]
Recently I took some expired cough medicine. I didn’t feel good so I went to the medicine cabinet and found the cough syrup. I looked at the expiration date and saw that it had expired over a year ago! I felt so bad, that I took the medicine anyway. [Read more…]
