No Safe Places In Hell

Every now and then a student at Missouri State University will say they don’t feel safe while I’m open-air preaching. They want to find a safe place. I’m sorry that some young people get “triggered” when hearing God’s truth, but I really don’t know what’s going to happen to this generation. You can’t call time out in real life and say, “I need to go to my safe place.” This isn’t reality. The really sad reality is there are no safe places in Hell. [Read more…]

My wife and I were on vacation this week, but on Saturday July 13, 2019, I had the privilege of witnessing with Brady, his wife Trish, Shane, Gerald, his wife and son and a young lady that was with their group. Why Do You Get So Mad?

Whether it’s at Missouri State University, Planned Parenthood, Pridefest or downtown Springfield, MO, I’m always amazed at how mad unbelievers get over the Gospel being proclaimed in the open-air. Some people get so enraged they don’t know what to do. They stomp around and usually cuss out the open-air preacher and vehemently claim that God isn’t real. Stop Trying And Start Trusting

Stop trying and start trusting. I heard a sermon the other day by Pastor Adrian Rogers where he said these words. Stop trying and start trusting. This is my advice to you tonight, stop trying and start trusting. I plead with you to do this because most people think they are good. I have a friend in Rolla, MO who says that about 95% of the people he asks if they are good respond yes. He asks more people than I do, but I’d say it’s closer to 99% for me. Most people think they are good.

“Do you have a uterus?” asked the woman who pulled her SUV into Planned Parenthood’s parking lot. Yes, a woman drove into the parking lot just to ask, do you have a uterus. In other words, if my friends and I can’t have a baby then somehow that negates our right to stand against abortion. Hogwash. Life is precious and life is worth fighting for.
