How do you witness to an atheist? The same way you witness to anyone following a cult and the same way you witness to a false convert. You take the person through some of the 10 Commandments. God gave us the commandments for a reason. God is righteous and Holy and His standard is perfection. Of course Patrick Henry said those famous words, “Give me liberty or give me death.” This is what we’ve been taught in school and this is the part we remember. But what Patrick Henry really said was this, “Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! Agnostic Atheist

I talked to a couple of young men the other night who told me that they are agnostic atheists. Before they explained what they meant by that, they asked me what I think the definition of an atheist is. I told them that an atheist is someone who doesn’t believe that God exists and therefore they have no morals (no sense of right and wrong) so they do what they please. They said that my definition is that of a gnostic atheist – one who believes that there absolutely is no God. [Read more…]

Good Person Test

I was talking to an atheist the other day, whom I’ve had many conversations with in the past. He said he didn’t believe in God (he’s said this many times in the past). But this time he stated again that he didn’t believe in God; but if he’s wrong, that God would consider him a good person. This atheist is very close to me, someone that I love.
