No Neutrality
There’s no neutrality with the war in Ukraine. People and leaders of some countries say they aren’t for either side. But if you say this and really believe this, then you are really for Russia and against Ukraine. You can’t be neutral during an unjust war. Russia attacked and keeps attacking Ukraine without provocation. If you say you are neutral, then you really are pro-Putin. You are for Russia. An example of this is the country Israel. They keep saying they are neutral, but they really aren’t. They have actually hindered Ukraine in getting some equipment that they need. There is no neutrality. You are for Ukraine and democracy or you are for Russia and Putin’s unjust war and autocracy.
Another example of no neutrality is the very serious topic of abortion. There is no way to be neutral about killing babies in the womb. You are either for life – all life from conception to the grave or you are pro-abortion, pro-murder, pro-death. There is no such thing as being neutral. By the way, there are no safe abortions. A baby loses its life each and every time an abortion is “successful”.
God Considers A Baby In The Womb A Child!
For those who are pro-murder, did you know that God considers a baby in the womb a child? That’s right. God, Almighty God, maker of Heaven and earth says that an unborn baby is a CHILD. And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the Syrian. And Isaac intreated the Lord for his wife, because she was barren: and the Lord was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the Lord. And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.
The Bible says that Mary the mother of Jesus was with child (from the Holy Ghost) – Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost (Matthew 1:18). This should be a scary verse to everyone that professes to be pro-abortion. God considers the baby in the womb to be a child! The only difference between a child in the womb and a child outside the womb is the child in the womb hasn’t been born yet. But the baby is still a child. There is no neutrality when it comes to abortion.
God Has Plans For Us Before We Are Even Born
Jeremiah 1:4-5 says: Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations., Psalm 139:13-16 states: For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. Oh folks, you can’t fool Almighty God. You may claim neutrality or you may claim to be pro-abortion claiming the baby is just a clump of cells, but you know that it is murder to kill an unborn child.
No Neutrality When It Comes To Jesus
You may be out here tonight and you may say that you don’t believe in God. Maybe you think that you are neutral when it come to God and Jesus. But again, there is no neutrality. You are either for God or you are against him. Claiming neutrality merely means that you are against Him. You can’t be neutral to the One who gives you every breath you take. You can’t be neutral to the one who formed you in your mother’s womb.
There are countless other examples of no neutrality, but let’s talk about the main one – Jesus Christ the Lord. Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He is the only Savior of mankind and you cannot be neutral about Jesus. Oh you may nonchalantly say that you can take Him or leave Him, but that is a lie. You are either for Him or against Him How do we know this? Because Jesus said so Himself and Jesus cannot lie. When He walked this earth, He was fully God and fully man. God cannot lie. Let God be true and every man a liar (Romans 3:4).
For Or Against The Lord?
Yes, that’s right, Jesus said that you are either for Him or against Him. And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us. And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us (John 9:49-50). Jesus says you are either for Him or against Him? Which is it tonight?
In Matthew 12:30, Jesus states: He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Oh, I ask you again, are you for Jesus or are you against Him? If you are not saved, if you have never been born again, then you are against Jesus. The torments of Hell await all who die in their sins as unrepentant sinners. All those who die rejecting Christ Jesus. Those who die being against Him. It is one or the other tonight – you are for or against Jesus. Which is it? There is no neutrality.
We All Need A Savior
We have all sinned against God. You and I have lied, lusted, coveted, stolen something – even if it was something small or even someone else’s idea that you took. All of us have broken the 10 Commandments. None of us are righteous or in a right standing with God on our own. Isaiah 53:6 a says: All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way. God is Holy, righteous and just. You and I are not. We’ve all sinned against God. We’ve all gone our own way at one time or another.
That’s why we need salvation. We need our sins forgiven and it takes a perfect One to save us. Jesus is that perfect One. Again, He was fully God and fully man when He walked this earth. Jesus did what you and I cannot do – He perfectly kept the 10 Commandments. He never sinned, not one time. Not in His thoughts, words or actions. Jesus always perfectly obeyed God the Father. Yet, He took the punishment that we deserve.
A Man Of Sorrows
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:3-5).
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb (mute), so he openeth not his mouth.
He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
It Pleased The Lord To Bruise Him
Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors (Isaiah 53:6-12).
Oh Folks, I just read most of Isaiah 53 to you. This is about the suffering servant. This is a prophecy about Jesus that was written around 700 to 800 years before Jesus was born. The Lord Jesus was despised and rejected by men. He bore our griefs, Christ Jesus was smitten by God. He was bruised for our iniquities and by His stripes we are healed (for those that submit to the Lordship of Jesus).
It pleased God to bruise Him. This means that it pleased God that Jesus perfectly obeyed God the Father and took the punishment that guilty sinners deserved. Jesus is sinless. He didn’t deserve to be punished in the place of guilty sinners. But He willingly laid down His life as a ransom for many. Jesus suffered, bled and died on that cruel cross. He was buried and rose from the grave three days later.
Salvation Is For All Who Repent And Believe The Gospel
Folks, salvation is for all who repent and believe the Gospel. For those who recognize their sinfulness and Jesus’ righteousness and surrender their lives to Him. Oh, come to Jesus today and be saved. Cry out for God to save you. Acknowledge your sinfulness and put your trust in Jesus alone to save you. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).
There is no neutrality when it comes to Jesus. You are either for Him or against Him. If Jesus is not your Lord and Savior, stop rebelling against God. Quit rejecting the only salvation found in Christ Jesus alone. There is no other Savior. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). Humbly bow your knee and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord (Isaiah 45:23). Turn to Jesus Christ and live.

With all due respect I must take strong exception with your statement that Russia attacked Ukraine “without provocation”. There has been plenty of provocation both from the Ukraine itself as well as from the USA and NATO.
The previous President of the Ukraine recently admitted that the Ukraine had no intention of living up to the Minsk 2 agreement to settle the military conflict in the Donbas region.
NATO and the USA are totally ignoring Russia’s legitimate security concerns and have been for about the past quarter century with NATO’s eastward expansion contrary to to an understanding that was reached between the USSR and the Bush Sr. Administration that resulted in Germany being allowed to reunify.
I am on Russia’s side on this one though I do not necessarily approve of everything that Russia is doing.
Lithuania is now provoking Russia. We shall see what comes of that.

We are going to disagree on this one. Saying Russia has right to attack Ukraine because of NATO and the U.S. is like saying America has a right to attack Mexico because we fear Central America is going to attack us. I strongly disagree with you, but you still proved my point, you can’t be neutral concerning Ukraine and Russia and more importantly, you can’t be neutral when it comes to Jesus Christ the Lord.
